Anyone bought a Curaprox toothbrush?

Any good? Would you recommend?

I have VERY sensitive gums prone to recession but also very prone to tartar build up. Need something very thorough but gentle.

Like the sounds of their softer filaments but slightly concerned that their brushes have no pressure sensor.

Just been browsing their web site and wondering if the single tuft toothbrush or implant brush

curaprox.co.uk/shop/toothbrushes/single-tuft-toothbrushes/cs-1006

curaprox.co.uk/shop/toothbrushes/implant-toothbrushes/cs-708-implant-toothbrush

might work for my DP who struggles with interdental brushes (even those with angled handles ) for his bridge and teeth .

Any dentists around with views on mine and OP's question.

Sorry to hijack Blush, meant to just bump and got over involved !

Hi Just came across this thread again, not sure if you opted to try the Curaprox for your husband. I went ahead and bought one. Wasn't massively keen on the normal brush heads for cleaning. But I do like the single tuft. So what I've settled on is a curaprox extra soft manual brush for main cleaning and then I use the single tuft to brush along the gum lime and in between the teeth. It's pretty effective so may help your husband. I do tepe and floss as well though!

I wonder if a single tuft combined with a water flosser would work for him. My DH uses a water flosser at night and it works well for him although again he also uses tepes and floss in the morning. We found that the water flosser in combination kept his gums healthy better than just the tepes and flossing.

Hope that's useful.

@TooHotToRamble that you so much for posting with your experience and helpful comments .

I'm going to try the single tuft but won't be going down the water flosser route as I just know the mess the bathroom will be left in and that he'll struggle with it .
Thanks again .
