Tax-free childcare application

Hi,
can someone tell me how long it takes? I filled in the info on government gateway today. The nursery said they need a ref.code when it comes through. Just wondering when we will find out this.

when I did the application, it just said at the end that our ‘application is being considered’ or words to that effect.

Just incase anyone should do a search for this in the future.
i paid the money into the childcare account and the government topped up within a few hours. So whole application and top
up was less than 2 days for us.

Mine was about 1 day
