Relative has been in a rest home for 2 years ,now suddenly the rest home are asking for bank account statements
I have lasting power of attorney, Relative went in with dementia,which is only getting worse .
they are also saying they need a copy of LPO ,which I gave them when she moved in ,so have clearly lost .
they also do not allow relatives to be involved in the care plan ,so when I’ve visited I’ve had to clean her up ,and change her a couple of times as she had excrement in under clothes..I did bring this up with the care staff ,and I was told they would increase her help at dressing.
do I need to worry ,or is this all normal
