I've posted this in Property / DIY but posting here as well in the hope of more traffic.
As a landlord, but one that also treats tenants well. We've rented out our family home in Cambs since we moved abroad for work. (We don't want to sell as we're renting overseas.)
We've been with Tucker Gardner who were OK in the past but really not happy now (poor communication with us / tenants & various other problems). Initially I figured it was just glitches due to Covid but there's been no improvement, so keen to swap to somewhere new. But equally don't want to go from fryingpan into the fire, so recommendations welcomed.
