How long is it taking for everyone to get their old passport back from when they receive their new one?
DH got his new UK passport about two weeks ago but we need the old one to get his NZ permanent resident visa transferred to the new passport.
It takes NZ immigration about two weeks to sort it once they have both passports but we've got a Gold Coast holiday planned for mid June! I was sure they sent the old one back before the new one was sent! What are they doing with an old passport ffs?!
