I was so excited for this as love Sally Rooney and Normal people is still one of the best things I have ever seen on television but found conversations with friends so dull and the characters so annoying...
So many self indulgent monologues but none of the relationships were explored to a deep enough level which both made me walk away with so many more questions and made the whole thing feel quite sloppy!
Also the ending!! Is that how it ends in the book?
