Hayfever nasal sprays

Hi,

Pollen has well and truly got me today. I've never had much luck with nasal sprays, but thinking I should try them again. Which one's your favourite? I'm already taking two cetirizine a day (on doctors orders) but it's not touching it the last few days. Work has been utterly miserable today, so I'm going to Boots on my way home.

Thanks, and solidarity to everyone else suffering today!

Have you tried fexofenadine? You can take it with cetirizine

beconase or pirinaze work very well for me.

I was having really bad hayfever and cetrizine was not helping so got a nasal spray that's a combination anti-histamine and steroid spray and its amazing, my symptoms disappeared completely. Its called Dymista.

I always use Beconase, not sure if there is anything better as this always works fairly well for me. The pollen is crap at the moment, but it does help me. Takes a few days to kick in.

I second fexofenadine it was life changing for me 180mg I think you can get it from Drs but I buy mine from the online doctor at Lloyd’s pharmacy they are about £18.99 for 30 and worth every penny!

Ditto re fexofenadine 180mg plus a nasal spray. Take ad nasum every day and honestly its life changing. Dont take ad hoc as it doesnt work well like that.
