I have been on evorel sequi patches
For 3 months getting lots of headaches, hot flushes fatigue
Etc
Thinking I should stop them

@lockdownrainbow, you might not be on a high enough dose! If I were you, I’d re-post this on the Menopause board where someone will be able to advise.

They usually advise 6 mths trial before you change anything.
