Anniversary of a death. Can’t sleep ?

Hi. It’s a year this weekend coming. I’ve not been sleeping all week. I’m fine with the death, really, but this sleep thing is driving me nuts
had anyone else has similar

I posted yesterday as having an ongoing issue with sleep so you're not alone. Makes it hard to function doesn't it

I’ve found the approach of the anniversary (DPs death) worse than the day itself. Difficulty sleeping, general restlessness are par for the course.
It will pass. Try some distraction, music, podcasts, MN. I’ve found it’s easier to go with how you feel.
