On the TV at lunch time it was showing horse racing from Bangor on Dee.
One of DH's old work colleagues used to live near there and went a lot with his wife.
I mentioned I wonder what happened to Johnny.
DH has just turned the TV over while the cameras were panning the crowd.
And there in all his glory was Johnny.
Have you ever recalled someone to then seeing them almost immediately.

(Not his real name)

This happened to me! I thought about an old school friend that I hadn't seen for years and then literally saw her a day or so later!

Happens to me all the time. Especially with patients. There was a running joke on my ward, that if I thought about a particular patient, she'd be admitted soon afterward. Her lovely mum said she'd sue me for wine and chocolate! I did buy her a large bar of dairy milk! And my colleagues thought I was a witch. 😂😂
