Not long back from Aldi and have the following planned, however have a blank for Thursday, give me some ideas of something please (we’re all meat eating but will go veggie for one night a week if you can tempt me with something easy without chickpeas or lentils please 😊).
Today - Greek Meze (for Eurovision)
Sunday - chicken thigh traybake, Jersey Royals and salad
Monday - Spag Bol and garlic bread
Tuesday - Gammon steaks, wedges, peas (optional egg/pineapple)
Wed - Chinese 5 Spice belly pork rashers, veg and egg fried rice
Thursday - need help
Friday - Salmon, veg and either noodles or new potatoes
