Just had an email to say my quarterly BG bill is due. I cannot view my bill when I login as it just says due to high demand they're having technical issues. It's been like this for weeks since the price rises. It is also impossible to get through on the phone at the moment due to high demand. I don't have direct debit set up and obviously can't access my account to set one up. so how the bloody hell do I pay my bill! anyone else having same issue?
