Thankfully this is a rented property so more easily sorted than if we owned it but we moved into our house last month and it’s horrible. I think we viewed at a quiet time but the road next to it is ridiculously busy and loud. Even at 4am huge lorries are rumbling down.
Although it’s rural you can’t walk anywhere as no pavements, and there’s nowhere within walking distance so you can’t walk to the shop or similar. The house itself feels dark and oppressive.
Has this happened to anyone else? It seemed nice when we viewed it!
