Today is my birthday

And I am depressed. I’m 36. Single. Not much work or money. And generally all I can see is another 30-40 years of this stretching out. It’s only going to get worse as I get older and my health fails.

i don’t even know why I’m writing this.

I didn't meet my now dh until I was 41..
Find a hobby - I have started gardening and the mh boost is great!!
I also have ddogs. Keep me busy and feeling loved!

Happy birthday. You’re only 36, still plenty of time for things to changes. I just bought for first home last year when I was 42. I didn’t have a child until I was 35. What things can you do to make your life better?

my whole life changed in just one year. Met someone unexpected (after resigning myself to being a spinster single mother) my whole world changed very quickly now 5 years on I’m married with 3 children.
