So grumpy, mainly because there’s nothing I can do. Package ordered from France has been stationery at the airport in Paris since Thursday.
Ive tried to call fedex (no answer), Tweeted them (no response) and emailed them. Delightful email back saying they’ve been implementing a new system that’s super brilliant and they’re just having some issues but it’s all good because the new system really is marvellous.
I don’t give a tiny rats arse about their systems, I want my parcel and I want a refund on the €24 euros (thanks, Brexit) I paid for postage. Has anyone had any success talking to these clowns and getting a refund?
