I've had a rough couple of years since having my second child. Pnd, obviously covid etc. I didn't put much weight on in pregnancy but have piled it on since. As much as my weight is a big issue I have lots of things I need to tackle such as my sleep as ds didn't sleep much at all til a couple of months ago and was also breastfed until recently. I feel like I've totally lost myself and can't see how to fix everything
