This is going to be a rant. I’m going abroad next week, flying. I’ve spent the last week trying to book parking at the airport. The website booking page isn’t working, nor is the booking section of the airport App, I can’t speak to anyone to book - I’ve waited to speak to customer services for over 2 hours, their web chat is a bloody chat bot that keeps sending me a broken link to the broken booking page.
I’ve posted on their Twitter page, emailed their customer services and am now on hold again. Frustrated doesn’t even cover it, how hard can it be.
