Getting through to consultant's secretary at hospital

My dd had a cyst analysed after a recent op. For results, I was told to contact the consultant's clinic and given a phone number. It rings and rings every time I phone to try to get the results. No-one ever answers. Does anyone have a suggestion for how else to reach them?

Are you phoning the clinic or his secretary? Go through main switchboard and ask for secretary-or try PALS

You could ring the switchboard and ask for the consultant's secretary. If they just give you the same number, ask to be put through to any secretary in the relevant department. They often share an office.

Which hospital is it?

You could also try the GP as they will often get a letter with results
