Can I take ibruprofen wit hug night nurse medicine?

I've got a high temp and feel
Just awful. The night nurse hasn't kicked in at all so can I take ibruprofen aswell?

I've taken it with day nurse - you can't combine with anything else that's paracetamol. I'd say it was fine but do some googling/call 111 for advise (not sure if any late night pharmacies could help?)
