I placed an online order last week on the Monday. It was dispatched on Tuesday. The online shop said it takes 1 to 4 working days after dispatchel for delivery.

This order wasn't delivered to me. I asked for a tracking number last week on Friday but they weren't able to give me a tracking number because they did not send it by registered post or courier.
Today I asked for a refund for non delivery of my order. That was at 4pm. They never responded.
Should I see if it shows up in tomorrows mail and if not ask for a refund by the end of the day or start a chargeback with the bank?
