I bought a pair of ariat boots last October. The zip on one of them has now lost two teeth so I contacted derby house where I bought them. They advised they can refund or replace, but I've just had an email back saying they are out of stock and will refund when they are returned.
However...
I adore these boots! Is there any chance I can get them to issue a partial refund to pay for a repair?!
