Passport renewal

Can anyone confirm the address that you send your old passport to when renewing online? My DD has filled in the online form but didn’t make a note of the address and you have to go through the whole process again, we don’t want 2 passports!

The address I've just returned to was in Corby. You get an email though telling you to return the passport and this has the address on. Or you can go on the tracking system with the PEX number and it will be showing on that to return, and again will have address on.

You also need to make sure you include the PEX number on the envelope when you address it.

Iv renewed three and was given a different address for all. I'm sure when you go online and track it, it will tell you where to send it to. It has to go to the correct office. After a week or so of not receiving it they will send a reminder text to send it to. Or call them up and ask them to tell you where it has to go.

You get an email like this. Yes address can vary depending on which office is allocated to deal with the specific passport.

You should get an email with details of where to send it- and the address given will include a personal reference code which links it to your application. I have the impression that people are given one of a number of addresses for different locations. Eg mine was Liverpool. I wouldn’t just send it to the address you have found. Have you got an email or text acknowledgment?
