It's a wild animal so why on earth is it wearing clothes?

It came up on my TikTok feed.

I’d also say tarsier, baby one. Might have a teeny sweater on to maintain body temperature, baby animals can’t regulate their own body temperature.

CoffeeBeansGalore · 01/05/2022 19:17

This is a mouse lemur. Possibly the same as pp suggested.

Thanks for your suggestions - looking at them, I think it’s a tarsier.

Bush baby. Noisy little feckers.

parrotonmyshoulder · 01/05/2022 21:03

Whatever it is, it shouldn’t be wearing a jumper in somebody’s house, getting ‘likes’ to make other selfish idiots want one as a pet.

Not a tarsier, I’d say, they have longer fingers (unless they’ve still to grow)

I wish FB and similar would do something about the monkey etc videos.
One came up on my news feed and I initially was reminded me of my longing to have a monkey pet as a child like Barney in the Enid Blyton stories.
Within the first few seconds you could see that the monkey was terrified and they were teasing it with food when it was starving.
I reported it to FB as animal abuse and they told me it didn't meet their criteria for taking down.
I've since seen several more pop up, and I'm told there are loads out there.
