Does anyone else have this? I lose weight the week before my period and have slowly put weight on as I've got to day 5.
It's so upsetting. I did have a cheat day on Friday and put in a 1lb after that but yesterday I stuck to my 800 Cal's whilst everyone was enjoying pizza and put on another 1lb!!
I take HRT and have finished the progesterone part of it so maybe it's to do with that?
