As above. Wasn't concentrating and took 2 by accident. Am I going to die????! Or just get a really good night's sleep?

Neither, you probably won’t sleep much better than usual ( I speak from experience) and you most certainly won’t die 😊

No they arent. Herbal ones have valerian which is calming and soporific.
The blue ones are DROWSY antihistamine and are not bad for an OTC.

Id say you might have a bit of a hangover effect tommorow maybe, but might be fine

Pretty sure they’re talking about Nytol non herbal rather than Kalms. You have to ask for them at the pharmacy counter. I usually get the 2 a night ones as then you have the option to just take one if you find that knocks you out enough.
