So do you store things in your bra?

After seeing a friend and someone on tv show put money in their bra to store it occurred to me, I never have possibly due to tiny cup size. But is it normal to some?

A sports bra!!!

Mainly when my hands are full and I just tuck my phone or car keys in for a short trip.

I don't do it for a whole day out or anything!

Yes, keys and one card. The logic is, if I ever get mugged, at least I'll still be able to get back home. There are decoy cards in my bag.

30 years ago I put the entry pass for Yosemite in my bra for safekeeping - you need to surrender it on exit to make sure you're not camping overnight. On exiting, it wasn't there. I scrabbled round my B-cup boob and it had gone. Park Ranger/husband/teenage kids not amused. Only kept boobs in there since.

If you have room to store things in your bra - then your bra isn't fitted properly. And I can't wear a bra that doesn't fit properly..!

@LittleBearPad I'm not the poster you quoted, but given how sweaty peoples boobs can get in their bras, it's pretty unhygienic and antisocial to store stuff other people will have to handle down there.

By all means shove your phone/key/tissues in there if you want, but as someone who worked in retail, it was so utterly grim being made to touch damp cash that has been shoved down someone's cleavage 🤢

No. I have an A cup bra and my boobs don't really fill it so there might be room for other stuff I suppose but
a) wouldn't it make me look lumpy/mis-shapen? and
b) I rarely wear anything low cut because its too gapey with fried egg boobs so not very easy access with a round neck tshirt.

What else are women to do if they don’t put proper practical pockets in our clothes?!?!

As an aside - both DD and I were amazed and excited that her prom dress has (very generous) pockets. She put tons of stuff in there - it was like Mary Poppins bag! saves me buying a bag after spending a fortune on the dress

But how even? I had to try, I could reasonably stuff a banknote there (would not as it really is grim) but a phone? I have an average sized phone and FF cup bras, there's no way I could reasonably use my bra for phone storage.

I once put some foil wrapped hand wipe sachets down my bra on a flight. As I had my own wet wipes I then forgot about them. I was in transit through Dubai and set of the metal detector. I was then taken by security to a cubicle to be searched.
I won’t be doing that again in a hurry.

That's utterly ridiculous! You need to try it then you'll know of course it can fit properly and also be a storage vessel.

Put it in a sandwich bag. I do that if it's raining.

I get fitted at Bravissimo regularly, my bras fit well. There's still space to slip some keys or a bank card down the side of my bra - boobs aren't made of stone!

God no! I had no idea this was such a thing. I've never stored anything (other than my boobs!) In my bra. It would never in a million years occur to me

Not in the slightest. I put all sorts in there if I have no pockets, phone and all. IT's not uncomfortable

If I put a phone in my bra I would have a very definite rectangular shape. Besides, it would orobably fall out as my bras aren't big enough.

It depends on ones size.

A DD with square phone size boob is not going to be worried about the "staring at tits" people and who is brave enough to ask "is that phone in your bra or..." 😀
