High cholesterol 5 weeks postpartum - normal or not?!

Just had a call from my doctor informing me my cholesterol is at 6.3 which is high, almost in the very high category! I’ve had a look online and read that it can be normal to have high cholesterol postnatally and also if you breast feed? (Which I am). I also had quite a big fasting window. Ate at about 9pm the night before and had the blood test at around 11am. Not sure if this also may have had an effect?

its freaked me out! I’m only a few kg from my prebirth weight, but I’m on my own with 2 dds so it’s actually hard to find time to cook/eat anything other than toast if I’m being totally honest! If I was gorging on burgers etc I’d understand but I’ve barely been eating!
