Brain is blank, can't think of what I want to eat with it. Any ideas for making it exciting?

Salmon fillet?

JustBkind · 27/04/2022 22:29

Nothing really other than some fresh salad, rocket, fresh tomato, basil etc.

ImInStealthMode · 27/04/2022 22:29

I would just eat the cold pasta pesto (in fact that's pretty much what I had for lunch today, with the addition of a little chopped cherry tomato and red onion).

UpYourBumHun · 27/04/2022 22:29

Quiche & salad

TwoLeftSocksWithHoles · 27/04/2022 22:30

I'd have chicken curry. Oh and I'd chuck the cold pasta pesto in the bin.

Kwackerly · 27/04/2022 22:37

Tuna, and thin sliced green peppers, tomatoes, olives, pine nuts, rocket & basil leaves?

Howeverdoyouneedme · 27/04/2022 22:38

Feta

BookShark · 27/04/2022 22:39

Rotisserie chicken and salad.

BlackAmericanoNoSugar · 27/04/2022 22:40

Cold chicken.

Movetothebeat · 27/04/2022 22:53

Add chopped sundried tomatoes, pine nuts and can of tuna to the pesto pasta. This was a quick cheap staple in my flatshare days.

valerianaofficiana · 28/04/2022 00:39

I'd add halved cherry tomatoes, torn mozzarella de buffalo and basil leaves, goes well with roasted or cold-smoked salmon.

valerianaofficiana · 28/04/2022 00:40

Shoot, hot roasted of course, I'll keep mixing them up🤨.

valerianaofficiana · 28/04/2022 00:41

Smoked😳

AdaColeman · 28/04/2022 01:33

Cooked chicken
Smoked salmon or mackerel
Rare roast beef
Pork pie

Samphire (cooked - lightly boil or steam or you can cook it in butter)

BirdWatch · 28/04/2022 06:56

Chicken or salmon, with a green vegetable.
