Facebook Groups...can you post 1 posts out to all Groups you've joined at one time?

I have a post I want to post in my page but also for it to post on all the groups Ive joined at the same time.

How do I do this?

I'm no expert and I could be wrong, but when you share it via messenger it may give the list of groups your in.

At the bottom of the post you put on your own page, there is an arrow with share next to it. Click on that and it gives you the option to share in a message, another page or groups. Select the groups you want to share it in and post.

Dont do too many or it will be marked as spam. And check the group rules. They may have set days. Or not allow it.

I have no idea. Unless you tag the groups?

Not all the groups want your stuff tho!!!!!!!
