Heat or Dehumidify?

Edwardian terraced house north facing bedroom. The back right corner of the room (and also the corner of the house where the two external walls meet) is always damp. It's a very cold room except in high summer.

I've removed the drawers that were there and treated the problem. My dilemma is do I keep the corner warm with a small oil filled radiator running on all but warm days or do I get a dehumidifier? Either is money we can't really waste.

Anyone found the solution please?

I'd use a dehumidifier, as not only will it remove moisture, but in doing so it vents warm air. The temperature in my (very similar!) house went up noticeably when I first bought one.

That's interesting because I didn't realise that a dehumidifier gives off heat too. This room is always freezing so that might work.

Anyone else found a solution?
