It's a hard one!
Wanted to do a big holiday this year as we have not had one since pre covid.
However, just worked out our new rent and utilities costs and along with the cost of living I don't think we can manage it. Gutted as we have not had a holiday for ages. Especially abroad.
But hey ho. We have enough food and a roof over our head and all that but it feels abit shit when we both work so hard. Keep trying to be grateful but life feels abit of a grind sometimes and nice to have something to look forward to!
We will do something in the uk but it's hard when the kids don't understand! Anyone else changed holiday plans due to rising costs?
