Breastfeeding makes me want to cry!

Luckily I have had a really nice breastfeeding journey with DS so far. I haven't really had any pain or discomfort and most the time he latches well and without fuss.
However when I am feeding him I feel so emotional. Like I am on the verge of tears. Other times it's like waves of being overwhelmed come over me though I don't actually feel like that! Anyone else had similar feelings?

I'm afraid I can't say I've had experience of it personally, though I'd guess breastfeeding triggers a surge of hormones. Hormones can make you very emotional and teary.

This sounds like this and I had it badly with each of mine. It stopped after a few weeks though.

It does get better. There is not enough knowledge about it and even some midwives claim they haven't heard of it!

My apologies. I tried to post this and kept getting error messages. It's posted like 4 times!

Sounds like D-MER- I only know about it because Jessica Knappett from Drifters had it and posted about it on her instagram!
