I have giggle incontinence every time I laugh I 70% of the time wee myself. I’m only 28 so find it very embarrassed I’ve mentioned it to my doctor and seen a pelvic floor specialist but nothing can be done to fix it as my muscles just relax when I laugh. Tonight I was in the kitchen and laughing with my boyfriend I full on peed a massive puddle I was so embarrassed I cried. Every time I go out I have to wear a big pad incase I laugh. Has anyone had this and dealt with it.
