Hello
we have a holiday booked here and never been. What lovely things are there to do near Burnham on sea?

The beach is nice. Weston super Mare is also close by. We also like Cheddar.

Further along the coast to Devon is Watchet which is nice.

Burnham isn't exactly lovely as a town but does have a fab cafe called coffee and curtains - it is a cafe and a soft furnishing curtain place. Very nice. Beach is long and good.

You have Glastonbury for woo and weird people watching. The Who'd Have Thought it pub is nice. Then the Tor is worth a climb. Dinster Castle just further on from Watchet is fab and worth a full day out.

It’s a shit hole and the beach is awful. Don’t expect to be able to paddle in the sea if you go for a day out to the beach.

Clarks Village is great for shopping

Depending on ages, Puxton Park is a good day out, as is Noah’s Ark Farm. About 15-30 mins away.

Brean Activity Park is a good couple of hours out. Same with Weston, plus it’s a nicer beach. That whole stretch isn’t fantastic for beach (North Devon is your place for that) but there’s enough going on in the towns around.

Brean has an amazing sunset. Brean Park was good for a day out for the kids. You need to buy wrist bands. The log flume is pure evil, don't do it! Never been to Burnham though.
