Ocado app - can anyone log in?

Hi I can log into the website ok but not the app - anyone else? Cheers

No problems here.

I've been having the opposite problem - can log in ok on the app but lots of problems logging into the website on my laptop.

I've had problems: 'clean up on aisle five' error. On laptop for a while, it works in Incognito mode.

Thanks! Hmm how odd maybe I’ll res install the app. The other week I had an issue where a cancelled order refused to disappear from my list of orders.

since that issue got cleared the app stopped letting me in!

This is exactly the problem I had. I had to go into my data and privacy settings and clear the cookies from the Ocado site. It seemed to work after that.
