What is the best/tastiest meal you've ever had?

Mine was a posh mushroom crepe.

I know that sounds unusual but it was at a wedding and unbelievably delicious and never had it again.

Looking for some inspiration for future dining.

The most interesting thing I've eaten in the last 3 years or so, was at Rockfish in Devon. They had a smoked haddock served with kedgeree butter and curried mushy peas and chips. Sounds simple and 'nothing', but I could have MMMMMMed every mouthful. I had it with a nice IPA. It was perfect.
