Thermal rash vest or similar

My 4yo DS has moved up in his swimming classes to a Gala pool and it is freezing! He's coming out shivering and cold. He is slight and quite tall for his age, I've tried the pool myself and he's definitely not exaggerating it is 🥶. He refuses to wear a wetsuit (other kids do in the class). I'm looking at thermal rash vests for him - any recommendations or does anyone have any suggestions/recommendations of other swimming suits etc that may help? TIA

Look at Decathlon (and get him a wetsuit. He's 4, zip him into it!)

Decathlon do neoprene rash vests.
