Presenter (who is a business expert) goes in and troubleshoots struggling businesses.
sorting out everything from staffing issues to decoration/fixtures/fittings.
I can only remember the hair salon episode.

I think Mary Portus did a show (or shows) like this, a bit like kitchen nightmares but with retail shops.

Yes, she helped a wedding dress shop in our town and I think she is now the god parent of the owners child. 🤔I don't think I've made that bit up

It is Mary Portus!

I saw her on another show recently & recognised her voice/face and knew she did a troubleshooting show but couldn’t place her!
She now has blonde hair and I always think of her with orange hair which is what threw me.
