Temporary dental bridge fallen out - what can I use?

My temporary bridge has fallen out and my dentist has covid, what can I use to fix it back in? It's my upper front tooth, so very noticeable. I'm not sure if anything I can buy over the counter will be strong enough and seems to be for fillings and crowns, rather than a bridge. Any dentists out there or anyone had this problem who can offer advice please? Thank you.

When my veneer fell out during lockdown, the dentist told me to get some denti cement type stuff from the chemist. Worked for a couple of days then I superglued it back on much to my dentists amusement.

Thank you @CombatBarbie Do you know what it was you bought? I'll need to order it online, as the chemist only had something to repair dentures. I've got a busy today tomorrow, but I don't think I'll tempted to use superglue!

Probably the easiest would be some denture adhesive but it’s not a durable temp you’d need to keep it with you to apply a few times a day. I swear temp crowns/bridges are total nightmares either they fall off every 2 minutes or it takes forever to get them back off and your worried you’ll never get it removed again!
