Body wrap for temp inch loss.

Anyone used one or can recommend one for home use? Need to fit in a dress, I won't go into the whys or how's but really need a helping hand to lose inches quickly.

Try a bath with Epsom salts. Lie in it for about 15 minutes. Same temp effect and much quicker/easier
