Online order - unfulfilled and now item shows out of stock

I had a beautiful tea a few weeks ago in a tea shop/cafe. I decided to check if they have an online shop and check to see if they had the tea online. It was out of stock online for a few weeks but over the Easter weekend it came back in stock online. I made an order on Monday.

I checked my account and it stats that the statiof the order is unfulfilled. I suspected the order might have been dispatched at this stage. I checked their shop again and now it says the tea is out of stock again.

This tea is absolutely divine. It really is. It's a blended tea with a base note of jasmine. It was gorgeous.

How likely is it that I will get this order/tea not that it's showing out of stock again?

I need this tea again so bad.

If the online shop has its stock connected to their actual stock then you should be getting it I imagine. But that’s just an assumption.

why don’t you email them to check the status and as when to expect delivery ?

Is this a joke post?

I need this tea again so bad.

I might email them tomorrow.

I know there's bigger things in this world but this tea really is gorgeous.

I'm struggling to understand why anyone on here would be able to answer your question OP. Just call them in the morning. Or email

Unless someone from the shop happens to be reading MN and recognises their amazing tea from your description, you aren’t going to get an answer here!

Are you trying to buy from the cafes own website because highly likely they're buying white label tea and selling under their own name. If you find out who the actual producer is you could go direct to the tea producer.
