Ideas - last minute weekend away with kids

I've got a long weekend off and our plans got cancelled. I'm looking for a last minute UK holiday that's no more than 4 hours away from Norfolk. We've lived here for two years and never explored it.

Somewhere where there's a bit of entertainment for children and nice scenery and good weather ahead. DC wants a sandy beach somewhere and anything else is a plus.

It could be up the road, I just want a break away.

I've just booked 3 nights in a 4 bed caravan on the beach in Kent with Park Holidays for £120. Going Friday, will come back Sunday. There were places available all round Kent/Essex/Suffolk which would fit your bill

Yes, hopefully Friday.

I'll have a look at some park holidays!

I would go on air bnb and see what’s there.

Have a look on 2cholidays.co.uk if you'd consider a caravan. They usually have a code on the homepage for 15% off. Great value and very flexible.

Head South at this time of year, especially if beaches are involved. Its only April
