Help - cool hipsterish hen day in London

I am tasked with organising a hen day in London. I don’t know London so need a bit of help, in particular with the afternoon activity! She likes doing things like ten pin bowling or mini golf in cool hipsterish venues with bars so I guess something like that? Although she has organised events involving those in the past (in the Shoreditch area I think) so something new would be good. Would there be anything like go karting or something like that in central London (ideally near London Bridge or somewhere easy to access from there, or South London?)

Flight Club - there are a few locations

Was at the O2 in Greenwich at the weekend which now as a Boom Battle Bar which seemed to have lots of games including axe throwing!

And I've been wanting to try Electric Shuffle which is shuffleboard and in London Bridge

Box park - Wembley and other locations. Has axe throwing, pop golf, glow in the dark games, shuffleboard and a street food court.

I went to the restaurant Jones & sons in dalston beside the station last year and was struck by how many (nice, civilised, fun looking) hen lunches were happening. Might be nice place to start.
