How do I get rid of it?

It blocks the whole screen, and I can't read any of the threads.

I think I am getting the same, but it’s just a big black box!

Had this before in the past and reported it to HQ, can’t remember how though!

Same here - it's blocking the first half of the page so the most current threads - WTF!?

I no sooner clicked on this thread and there it was! Almost comic timing!

I didn't realise ad blocker was such a secret. Google "ad blocker" and add a free extension, or pay a fiver, or a tenner, whatever you like. I installed one for nothing years ago on Chrome and I never have these ads. I hate ads and never watch them.

Aaaaah! I have exactly the same issue. Very annoying. No X to close the stupid advert. I have to leave the site to get rid of it. Sort it out @mumsnet! Next time I have to leave to exit a bloody advert I might not come back!

I don't know if it's the same advert, but when I try to read a thread I can't see the beginning as some mans neck appears at the top of the screen & wipes out nearly half the desktop space covering the first few posts.
He might be wearing North Face.
I have to close the page to escape the giant neck so who knows what brand his coat is.

I’ve just enabled pop up blocker on my iPad to get rid of it…. But it’s come back again! How did that happen? Very invasive. Does it make me want to buy the product? Absolutely not.

God I'm getting it too and it's making Mumsnet virtually unusable

Have just emailed North Face to let them know they aren't going to attract much business by annoying people so much...
