Holidays that aren’t too hot

Is there anywhere I can go on a summer holiday where the weather is guaranteed to be good/sunny and wArm but not too hot. I find more than 25 degrees too hot and 20-22 ideal. The Azores maybe-has anyone been there?

Canaries? Malta? Madeira?

Brittany, northern France is gorgeous

France. The 3 times we’ve been to the Dordogne it was either cloudy, wet or windy but still warm enough for T-shirts and shorts.

France! Although possibly not the south of france, depending on the time of year. Also Malta is lovely and doesn't get too hot.
