Holiday Destinations & Hotel Recommendations with a 9month old baby!

Hi we are planning our first holiday abroad as a family of 3 in September with our baby who will be 9months old.

We want somewhere hot, nice hotel with nice food and ideally can walk to shops or beech nearby

We were thinking possibly Cyprus or Canary Islands or maybe Greece?

Any recommendations or even places to avoid would be helpful, thank you!

Anyone been to Greece? Which Islands are most child friendly? Any recommendations for nice hotels?

We went here with our son last year when he was 8 months old and our first trip away with him - and really enjoyed it. Very family friendly hotel, relatively short transfer time.

There isn't a huge amount to do within walking distance - although we loved the walk along a pretty empty prom with the pushchair to get him to settle. And the local town is nice enough. BUT, we did go in October at the very end of the season, and at the time the island still had a number of covid restrictions. Although, there were plenty of excusrion options, but we choose to just stay around the resort if I am honest - not the sort of holiday we did pre-baby (I love an adventure!) but we all really enjoyed it.
