Hi saw a similar post on here about a bad date so I thought I would share my recent one and hear yours as it seems the dating world is abit rough at the minute ! X
I met an online date on friday, we had been talking for ages and ages and I really felt a connection, he seemed nice enough but a few things had seemed off, such as he seemed shorter than he said and looked not alot like his profile picture. I gave him the benefit of the doubt but he dropped to me on the date he was 'going through a divorce and had been separated since last spring' it made me feel abit uncomfortable but looked past it. Stupidly earlier in the week I agreed to go to a well known attraction with him not long after the date, as my friend had pulled out and I thought everything would be fine having spoken to him on the phone and stuff for so long. On the evening before he left a message saying it would have to be changed to the day after without even asking me of my plans 'because he had car issues'' (he insisted on driving as I had bought the tickets and almost everything on the original date) I annoyingly agreed and moved the tickets with technical help. On the night before he was snapchatting me from the pub clearly pissed and I called him out on it he said he wasn't and he still picked me up on the sunday (with sunglasses on), it was awkward the whole day he would randomly start interrogating me about my life, spent half the day asking me if I wanted to go home and the other part either talking about his ex wife or on his phone texting. We left early and I engaged in pleasant chat but was dying to get home and said bye/left the car as soon as I got home. I haven't messaged him since but he's messaged me asking me why I haven't messaged in the 24 hours since. I don't know how to tell him he messages way to much and I'm no longer interested , I thought that was pretty obvious seeing how obnoxious he acted the entire time!
(ps yes he's a fair bit older than me and I'm just going to move on and forget about it)
