I've already lost nearly 3 stone, it took me 6 months, then the last 3 months ive not lost anything. I didn't really put anything on though, so at least that's a bonus I guess.
I just feel so discouraged at the moment. I walk an hour a day 3 or 4 times a week, and I go to gym three times a week for 45 minutes each time.
But I realised today I have another 11 stone to go and Ill still be overweight. FUCK.
I need a kick to get me going again.
