30hours free childcare - Dividends

Hello,

My daughter is coming up to 3 and I'm looking at applying for 30hpurs childcare but I'm not sure if I'm eligible.

My partner and I are directors in our company, I get a monthly wage paid into my account (wage slip sent to me) which meets the minimum wage criteria but we also take out dividends. Do dividends affect eligibility? I can't see it mentioned anywhere.

Yes it’s income so includes dividends

Ah okay so we should still be eligible then as we (unfortunately)don't earn over 100000
