I'm confused by the floorplan but mostly, the bath.

For over 1.5mil, I'd be expecting something more than that! Doesn't seem very spacious in living room, hallway either

That's really close to us, not sure I'd want a mortgage that size and it would mean having to drive everywhere!

That section of the ground floor with the family room/kitchen and bedroom 4... can it only be accessed via the family room and not from inside the house?

It also appears to be cut off from the rest on the outside, as there's a photo that shows there's a fence next to the sliding doors.

There's definitely a reason why there's only 10 photos.

I know porn is a personal taste, but I think that’s a really horrible house. Why have they built such mean little windows? Why are there so many kitchens? It’s ugly and I’ve love to know what’s going on in the photos the agent has refused to post!

So the M1 basically runs past the back garden but it’s 4 miles to actually get on at the junction

I was checking out houses with self-contained areas for Ukrainian refugees, should I happen to win the lottery. It is a lovely house. I can't imagine what they'd think if I gave them that bathroom though! Probably run a mile. DH is all for it, which makes sense given my sealion-like physique.

I must admit, from a photography perspectives that bath is unique, especially from the creativity aspects of what could be achieved,

Overall quite a nice property, it's just missing a underground bunkers as my preferred office choice.

The photos are in the wrong order and there's hardly any for a house that size. Something odd there.
